Registration

All attendees/participants should register

The registration for the conference through the  online registration system . Please email  registration+ICBK@computer.org  if you need any registration assistance. For questions regarding author submissions, please contact Zhiguo Gong at  fstzgg@um.edu.mo . The registration fees in US Dollars are as follows:

Non IEEE Member Registration	$480
IEEE Life Member Registration	$400
Student IEEE Member Registration without paper	$280
Student Non IEEE Member Registration without paper	$340
Life/Retired Member Registration without paper	$220

At least one author per paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full Member / Non-Member registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students.

• Each Author Registration is valid for ONE paper.

• If necessary, up to two additional pages can be purchased per author registration for an additional fee of US$125.

• Registration Deadlines for All Authors: 6 December, 2021

• All deadlines in Cvent are set to 11:59 PM Dateline Time Zone (GMT -12:00).
